I have ordered a lot from Walmart, mostly canned goods. I CANNOT BELIEVE
HOW BAD THEY ARE AT IT. It reeks of stupidity and/or corruption. Their
canned goods are beat to hell. This time I even got some with green crap
on the top, looks like a grease of some sort. It\'s like they have no
idea what their stockers are doing. Then they pretend like the damage is
done during shipping when of course they should know better. Their
stockers play basketball with their canned goods. Everybody knows it,
but they keep shipping the same crap. Can\'t wait until I can order the
same from Amazon. Hasta la vista, Walmart.

The problem is apparently the founder of Walmart sharing the company
with his do-nothing and/or halfwit kids, and so on. Whether they don\'t
know what\'s going on or they don\'t care what\'s going on, it\'s TRULY
pathetic.

Don\'t hold back, tell us how you really feel!

Funny, a friend has everything delivered, even from Costco. I think it is door to door delivery, not through shippers, like the super markets do, but not sure. He loves it.

Have you sent anything back? Maybe they need the feedback to know they are doing a bad job?

That suggests the question, why do you buy canned food from Walmart?

Or canned food at all?

I order lots, mainly from Amazon and Walmart. Walmart has heard
about their stocking problem, plenty of people have complained.
Apparently they don\'t care. Imagine somebody who doesn\'t pay
attention (or maybe has been bad eyesight, whatever) getting grease
on the lid of their canned foods.

I\'m ordering as much as possible from Amazon. The alternative is to go
to Walmart\'s store for things Amazon doesn\'t have but that Walmart
cannot competently deliver. I probably will after this last order.
Clearly they are blowing money on their website, but there\'s no way
they can take market share away from Amazon that way.

They had a similar stocker problem in their retail store (minus the
grease) several years ago, but they got that straightened out. Must
have moved them to their online store warehouse.

Why do I buy canned food?
What a stupid question...

Incompetent and/or corrupt descendents should be disqualified from
inheriting a monopoly. Apparently the idiots think they will capture
Amazon\'s monopoly, otherwise they wouldn\'t be wasting their money
and alienating people, pretending they can compete with Amazon.
Their\'s is a halfhearted lame attempt. Utter morons...

That is Larkin\'s way of virtue signalling.

There\'s nothing wrong with either fresh food or canned food. Fresh food requires you go to the store every two or three days. In the present environment I try to limit my visits to every two weeks.

I can tell people around here are being more relaxed about the distancing thing even if they are wearing masks more. Sounds like they took it very seriously in San Francisco according to the Larkin report. The grocery stores had one way isles with no passing so it took forever to get through the store, but you were much less likely to contract anything while there.

Maybe that\'s why the peninsula has such low COVID-19 numbers.

I think he was just trying to be annoying. Of course there is
nothing wrong with canned food. There are some canned foods that
taste very good, that would be difficult to reproduce with home
cooking. Considering the variety of such foods, they would be
impossible to reproduce with home cooking.
