OT: Verizon will drop ALL newsgroups on 30 September

Because I have Verizon FIOS, I will either have to keep using
SPAMMED, SPAMMED, and more SPAMMED Google Groups or find a SPAM-free
and cheap newsgroup server. Any recommendations?
