random thoughts:

1) why not twist our mains wiring? bugger all twists = sizeable
reduction in H-field.

2) how about rammed earth walls, made with ironsand.

(my old boss once tried to make chokes out of ironsand + epoxy. didnt
work very well, but was astonishingly messy)
