OT: Some of us don't even read HTML posts

I think the subject pretty much sums it up. That was the idea
that got me to make a truce with the Bottom Post Warriors.

But, insisting on the last word, I sez to the group, I sez,
"Well, OK, I'll bottom-post, but I reserve the right to snip
mercilessly. And, by the way, when I open a response and all
I see is 132 lines of

blah said..
yadda said...
duh said..."
....
and on June 14,

Mostly, unless the thread really has me by the short ones, if I have to
scroll just to see the respondent's first word, the "next" button is
closer to where my hand already is.

Yes. Less is better. And I don't read HTML in newsgroups. My newsreader
(Gravity) has this advantage (no support for HTML) over OE.
