Could you tell me if this white thing is rust or something else:

It turned red when I heated it with fan.

It looks like zinc oxide- the metal of the power supply (?) is galvanized.
It oxidizes into a white dusty material. Heating it can cause the metal
underneath to rust (that metal would be sheet metal made from cheap steel).

I think I would buy a new case and transfer over the contents. Cases are
quite cheap.

Don't get any of that rust on your motherboard or it will die.

Second picture is power supply, third is the box.
The box is of different color, so it seems like some other type of metal

I can't replace the box cause its not a PC computer.
