I was chatting with my dealer, and, of course, the subject of the
war came up. I won't bore you with details, but we came to the
conclusion, tentatively, that as far as the impact on our personal
lives, it seems like there might not be so much emphasis on
escalating the war on drugs, as long as everyone's focused on the
war on terror.
Now, I never said terrorism was a good thing either, or even
tolerable, but that whole situation is kind of out of my hands.
And, ideally, it would be awfully nice if nobody ever got hurt
or killed by a terrorist attack, or any attack at all for that
matter, but I think it's fairly well-known that I'm quite the
dreamer.
Oh, and just in case anybody wants to punch up the discussion
a bit (just for fun, of course) what if the headline had been:
"Dope Pushers Applaud War on Terror!"
