That's "frat boy". ;-)

I don't see why they can't let the farmers that need pickers come down to
the border and sponsor the day laborers for a work permit, and then drive
them home with their ten or twenty bucks when the crops are done.

And if you want to fix the illegal immigration problem, just set up test
stations. If they can pass a High School English Comprehension test,
welcome them with open arms, and send the illiterate white kids back in
their place.
