Hard to carry!

So, cut a huge slice, toast lightly, butter. Add a couple of big
chunks of ricotta, a few blueberries, and drizzle with honey.

We learned that at The Universal Cafe, a wonderful place that didn\'t
survive the silly covid lockdowns.

Some of the restaurants that did survive aren\'t any good any more.
