Oscillator Modules

I have several 20 MHz oscillator modules.

Manufacturer is CTI, frequency is 20 MHz, case is metal DIL14/4, model
is K1602.

I would be grateful for information on these modules, ie, are they
TXCO or OXCO, supply voltage and pin-out.

This information is not available from CTI web-site.

I didn't know who CTI was and looked at Communication Techniques Inc
website. Should have been looking at Champion Techniques Inc.
