Orcad OLB File format

Anyone know how or where I can obtain documentation on the Orcad OLB
file format?

I'm current beginning development on a integrated design package
ranging from schematics to pcb and would like to support orcad
import/export as it seems to be a widely used format.

So any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.
