OrCAD 10.5 to 15.7... huh?

Anyone else think it's a little odd that the next upgrade of OrCAD is going to
be 15.7 despite the current version being 10.5? Anyone know how they came up
with this bizarre new number?

Cadence (15.7) distribution versus EMA-EDA (10.5) distribution.
