OrCad 10.0 - Failed to invoke "ncvhdl..." on Board Simulatio

Hello!

I'm a new bee, learning OrCad 10.0 on Windows 2000 (fresh installation, the
latest patch applied).
When trying to invoke Board Simulation for various sample OrCad Capture
Projects, I receive the following error (from the session log):

Maybe I need to set some paths/env. variables?

Missing libs?

Any help will be much appreciated.
