Go read the lart docs. Everything is on their webpage.

Learn the easy stuff by reading the docs and doing it yourself.
Ask for help or post here when you get really stuck
not for things you can work out yourself.

For a arm chip to start with have a look at
the philips arm chips have the docs on that page.
http://www.semiconductors.philips.com/markets/mms/products/microcontrollers/key_solutions/32bit/index.html

or go look at the intel docs
http://developer.intel.com/design/pca/applicationsprocessors/index.htm?iid=devnav_btn1+hw_proc_pcaproc&
http://developer.intel.com/design/network/products/npfamily/index.htm?iid=devnav_btn1+hw_proc_npfamily&
http://developer.intel.com/design/wireless/wireless.htm?iid=devnav_btn1+hw_handwire&

other manufacturers of arm xchips
oki, atmel, sharp, samsung just to name a few .

Easy and fun way for arm programming with a gameboy or gameboy advanced

Or for an excuse to get a gameboy(which have an arm inside them) go
and have a look at www.charmedlabs.com
or search for gameboy hardware hacking pages

read this http://www.charmedlabs.com/xportfaqmain.htm

I'm not sure what LART is in this context, to me, it means"Luser Attitude
Readjustment Tool". However, you can FTP, telnet, SMTP, NNTP, or anything
else using TCP, UDP, ICMP, or whatever protocol via a serial port. Just
use SLIP. It needs enabling at kernel compile time.

Some of us do not have a leg to stand on :)

Then start by learning "netiquette". A quick google search should give
some results. There is a high probability that a translation to your
native language (whatever that is) exists.

If you can't handle google, start learning there. In the meantime this
link may help:
