No, the opamp has a gain of 160000. With external resistors you can reduce
it to the desired value. But be aware, that this part requires a high supply
voltage. The part can latch up with an input voltage of less than +3V above
the negative rail, but it has the capability to go straight to the positive
rail, which might be useful in high-side current sensing.
Better to use a more modern part tho, with RR/in capabilities you are not
stuck to a single application, but have a more universal usage.
