Hi folks:

I am very new to this group. Can anybody tell me some opamp with a
noise figure of 3 nv/sqrt-Hz. any manufactures...

How about these Linear Technology products:
LT1028: 1nV/Hz^(1/2), 50MHz, 11V/us, 5V/uV, unstable as follower
LT1128: 1nV/Hz^(1/2), 12MHz, 5V/us, 5V/uV, stable as follower

Other Linear products: LT1007 (2.5nV/Hz^(1/2)), LT1115; some Analog
products: AD797/622, SSM2015/2016/2017/2019, MAT02/03;
Burr-Brown/Texas: INA103/163/217; an obsolete Harris/Intersil
product: HA-5101 (3nV/Hz^(1/2)).

Some may be worse than 3nV/Hz^(1/2).

Analog Devices--everything they make <3nV/Hz^(1/2)

Try and National Semi in addition to what Martin said.

.... if you don't want to pay much: the Analog Devices OP-27GP comes
close (3.2nV/Hz^(1/2), 8MHz, 2.8V/us, 1.5V/uV) and may be had for USD
2.00. The OP-37GP is faster, but unstable at unity gain.

Martin.
