The IEE (a UK-based professional engineering society) has organised an
online technology debate on the relative merits of programmable logic,
ASICs and gate arrays, with a panel of industry speakers. The event
takes place on 24 February from 16.00 GMT - registration (free of
charge) is required. Full details can be found at

I don't know why they would be at iee.tv.

The link should be working now. We are looking into whether there was
a problem over the weekend. The full URL for the page is

The IEE has purchased the domain www.iee.tv for streamed video content
from IEE events.
