Online Advanced VHDL Training???

Does anyone know if some online self paced streaming video type VHDL
courses are availble?

I'm looking for more advanced VHDL courses. I've got the basics down
and I'd like to take my coding to the next level without haveing to
travel very far or spend too much money.
