Offtopic : Starting a forum.. need suggestions

Hi,
I am thinking of starting a VLSI forum, since I did not find any big
forums around.
I am thinking of sections like
1. Design(Tips on desiging DMA's etc.,)
2. Verilog
3. VHDL
4. Mixed design queries
5. Technology
6. Backend related discussions,,,,

Any suggestions from you guys about the sections?

There are already plenty of forums around which cover the topics listed
by you.

Rather than start a new forum you may consider contributing to the
growth of an existing one. If there is a section that you think is
required write to the forum owner asking for specific boards that need
to be added
