Ocean County, New Jersey Attorney Charles Novins Fights "Thu

Toms River counsel Charles Novins has been fighting - and stopping -
online vandals, liars, libelers, and anonymous criminals.

After several years of abuse, the pre-eminent Jersey Shore attorney
has begun fighting back, both online and in court.

Publicity surrounding the court matter, particularly, has turned the
Novins firm into a clearing-house and information-source for others
being similarly abused and some seeking recourse.

One technique used by the anonymous slander-merchants has been to post
libel to unrelated groups, a technique informally known as "Google
stacking." Novins has advised others on how to fight back in this
same way (and if this report appears in a group that seems to maintain
an unrelated topic, this is the reason.)

Other law firms, too, are getting up to speed in this area of
"cyberlaw," and if you have been the subject of internet abuse,
harrassment, "cyberbullying," fraud, theft, and other civil and
criminal offenses, you might want to consult a law firm or
investigator familiar with the field and the specific laws in your
state.

Very interesting and useful information, James. Thank you for posting this.

Hugs,
