Obsolete Phillips 345 IC

I'm desperately chasing a couple of these. I'm told they were common in UK
TVmasthead amps a "few" years ago. A websearch followed by emails has turned
up zip, worldwide. Even sites stateing that they are in stock (and numbers
of them) return a "sorry no go " response.
Did they ever make it into masthead amps in Oz ?
Any leads?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers
Jim

***** I am not aware of a 345 device but recall that there were a couple
of Philips hybrids commonly available in Aus. The type numbers of those
were OM350 and OM321.

Hi Craig, thanks for the info. If you could spare the time I'd be really
interested in hearing a bit more as I suspect that I've got the same problem
as you had.
If you could email me that would be great. .
Cheers
