At least you are able to adjust line breaks. I can adjust it all dayOf course, nothing like that could happen in this
perfectly rational forum with careful quoters. So,
maybe some wider lines are forthcoming. Is that Ok with you? <g

It comes from some time (too much) spent on an
advocacy group where threads get deep (in both
senses) and efforts to unclutter the history are met
with cries of deception, or worse. After the Nth
level of quoting is reached, and the "discourse"
goes thru newsreaders wrapping at 72 lines, my
choice is good for maybe N <= 9.

Go on admit it. Or you want to be, or you think you are. You know a

'manager'.

What's an advocacy newsgroup? Is that where wordy people spout wordy
things open to wordy interpretation but otherwise meaningless?
Then you spend all your time blabbing on about who said what and what
it meant and the 'meat' gets lost in the blithering.
And part of that becomes the 'Hey, but look at my experience', 'I'm a
nice guy really', 'Let's be freinds' thing. Which turns into the 'Blah
blah blah blah blah blah Touche' thing.
It doesn't work that way here.
You appear to have become too used to that way of talking and
thinking. Open it up a bit, use some white space. Express yourself
with some clarity. Think before you type and don't blither.
People say 'Fuck You', they're not trying to score points. It's
bonhomie.
You probably blithered and got called for it.
So you go and add some more blither again but have to add 'social'
comment with some anecdote about the size of your penis cross
referenced to your original blither. If you didn't do so in the first
place.
All squidged up in 55 letters per line with a message that goes on and
on and on with less and less and less 'meat'.
Fuck Off!!!!
I don't care.
Sometimes you might actually have a point to make but it's just so
buried under so much shit that it's painful trying to extract it.

Hey Jim,
I was just thinking, when you throw your annual SED summer BBQ at your
place this year, if DNA comes I will also join you folks, if invited and pay
10% of DNA's travel expensive. If we can get more than 10 of us involved,
DNA can reap a profit and entertain the troops. I'm thinking, Win, Larry,
John, Sephro, Ken, Guy, Terry, you know, the usual suspects. Will your BBQ
be big enough?
Cheers,
Harry
