Nokia 447L - need zener DZ14 rating

High voltage doesnt come up. Found open zener DZ14 in power supply, but
need rating or a cross reference to replace. Can anyone with a
schematic help? Apparently Nokia wants nothing to do with their
previous monitor business anymore....
