NO POWER ON SYMPHONIC TVCR

I'm working on this SYMPHONIC TV/VCR - Model TVCR19E1 and I can't get the thing
to come "on". Mode switch on VCR section checks ok. I don't have any voltages
at all except for the 163V on the primary of the transformer...There's a Mosfet
transistor ref. K1445 with the 163V on the "D" but no voltages on the "G" or
"S"...is that an indication that this transistor is bad?...I did check
resistance on it and it doesn't look to be shorted.
Your help or ideas will be much appreciated.

Do you have drive pulses to the gate of the horizontal output
transistor (HOT)? Did you varify that the scan gen IC has power to
it?

Are all the outputs of the power supply sections correct?

You may require the service manual for this set. Since it is not a
main brand name you may have problems to find any service information,
and or propriatory parts for it.
