When running IC6.14 and selecting Tools-->Abstract Generator the GUI
shoud appear but instead it just
runs. Anyone know how to disable the -nogui option that must be set?

Thanks

Actually I don't think it is supposed to appear. You get a form which gives you
access to the most common features.

If you want the full abstract generator, run "abstract" from the command line.

Andrew.

Very odd. I suggest you log a service request (if you've not done so already).
I'm assuming there's no menu customisation which could mean that the callback
for the menu has been changed?

Andrew.

I think I've figured out what might be happening. Assuming that the menu
callback is absOpenAdvancedAbstract() , it appears that the form is only
displayed if nothing is selected in the window you launch from. If you have
instances selected, I think it automatically starts abstracting them.

So make sure nothing is selected before doing Tools->Abstract

Andrew.
