Nios & external RAM

Hi,

Is there a chance to use 32bit Nios with 16 bit external SRAM?
When I add 16bit RAM in SOPC, I got upper and lower words written
with the same value. For example:

Have you got any ideas how to do it?
BTW: Device is EP1C6

Ehhh...
It was completely my fault. I forgot that RAM pin A0 is connected
to A1/A17 _not_ to A1 (on Nios EP20K200 board).

Now everything is working perfectly
