After 15+ blown HOTs and countless hours of troubleshooting, I decided this
thing just wasn't worth the trouble. The CRTs are up for auction, if you're

I hate to give up on a set like this (which would look so good in my living
room!) but I realized that it just isn't worth the time and money. Better
luck next time, I guess......
 
Don't pitch the fresnel lens however. They make really cool experimental
unit for cooking hotdogs and things with sunlight as they really concentrate
the sunlight into a really useable large hot focal point.
