Hiya everyone im new to the electrics side of things but need to learn some
basics

Is there any websites that people could reccomend for me as im taking on a
electricians course in September at college to hopefully become an
electrician..

I recommend making an LED light as a beginner project. Parts would
be:
- Batteries
- Resistor
- LED lamp
- Breadboard (can be used over and over)
