Hi
This is a bit of a crossover between eletronics and arcade logic
boards
I have been repairing pinballs for about 18 months on
hobby/collector/amateur level and now I want to broaden my collection.
Actually, I have, however some of the boards I have bought have turned
about to be duds, or at least have issues.
I am exploring fixing them up or at least trying to resurrect them to
a point see whether they are salvagable.
Whereas early pinball pcbs are relatviely simple devices I am
scratching my head with these logic PCB's.
I have quickly relasied I don't know enough about TTL logic and will
need to read upo befotre attacking the boards.
I have heard good reviews about Don Lancaster's TLL Cookbook. Can
anyone recommend it or another book? I am no electronics whizz but am
not afriad to learn.
Is there a simpler book to start with?
Thanks in advance for any help
