Are you using PSched (PSpice Schematics) or Capture?

If Capture I can be of no help.

For beginners I recommend copying an existing part and then modify.

In PSched, Edit Symbol Library, Pick an existing library, Copy Part
and then play with the editing tools to learn how it works.

If all else fails, RTFM ;-)

I love to cook with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food.

i'm working with pspice A/D...and want to make a part of my own...how
should i do it?....is it possible from capture.
in Pspice A/D...while opening a file it asks for either a textfile or
a simulation profile...can i write standard Psipce commands in the
textfile and run the simulation..if yes then how ...if no then how
could i run the simulations simply by entering pspice commands and not
actually drawing the circuit in capture...
plz help.

[snip]

From PSpice itself:

File, Open Simulation; choose type *.CIR; choose file that you want

Simulation, Run.
