New design, would like some opinioms please.

I have designed this circuit to cool one of my computers. This computer is my "Softwall". I hide behind this one on my broad band connection. I never turn this machine off beccuase of this I have put this little project together and kept it simple. The Reason I am asking for opinions is because I have had help here before.
