netlisting question ?

I have a MOS device at the primitive level. I want this mos device to
be netlisted as a mos for hspice and as mos+diode for auCdl. How do I
do it?

All the netlisting is handled at the primitive library and not in the
convenience library.

I deleted the auCdl view in the primitive level and replaced it with a
schematic of mos and diode. But this does'nt work.

Can anyone suggest a better way to do this.

That's exactly how I would have done it. I can't see any reason why that should
not work.

What happens when it "doesn't work"?
