Hi everyone,

Do you have any good or bad expirences with NeoCell? Do you like to
use NeoCell? Can NeoCell substitude for Virtuoso XL + VCAR? I am
working on NeoCell evaluation for my team.

Which version of NeoCell are you evaluating?
If you are evaluating version 3.4 or older then I can tell you my
expirence of this tool which I has been evaluated this tool from the first
version of it.
