needing a non-standard fluoro tube, 14/16W 360mm

I'm trying to find a replacement fluoro tube for a domestic kitchen
range hood (no brand name). The old one (original?) was marked 14/16W
Cool White, and was 360mm in length. I suspect it originated in
Europe (Hungary, Romania?) as there was an unidentifiable logo on it.
Standard tubes of this power are considerably longer and won't fit.

Any help please?
