needing a couple of 21L02 1k x 1 static rams

I am resurrecting a 1980's vintage S100 Z80 system.

All is functioning wellbut for a couple of 21L02 rams on the VDU card.

Would like to purchase 2 and a couple of spares if anyone knows where
I can get them.

I've got some 2102 and 21021, which is the same, but not the low power
version. They are unused old stock. If you get stuck, give me a mailing.

I've also a few ancient (1977 date code) 2102-1 and 21021 chips hanging
about in the parts bin. None of the low power variants, though.
