Need some HP 8673E schematic sheets

Hi there, I just bought a HP 8056-6151 2-18GHz frequency multiplier on
E-bay for few Dollars, and I would like to use it in my home workshop.
I know that it was used into the HP 8673E microwave generator. Does
anybody have the schematic sheets of the HP 8673E manual, where the
frequency multiplier connections are drawn?
Any help about that component will be appreciate.

The site has manuals the Agilent hasn't yet gotten around to posting on
the official Agilent pages.

There's an Operating Manual and a Service Manual for the 8673B. Not the
8673E you asked about, but should be close enough.

Uhmm, the HP8673B seems to be very different in the YTM module.
I still need the HP8673E schematic diagram.
If anyone has some infos about how to use the HP 8056-6151 2-18GHz
frequency multiplier, I will appreciate.
