I hope someone can help me out. I have a Sanyo portable stereo
(cd/am/fm 2 cassette) that only gives a hum. I have it completely
apart. It was given to us in this condition so I don't know what
caused the problem in the first place. Even though they are cheap
enough to go get another one, I want to fix this one if I can because
I enjoy a challenge. I know that the radio tuner works - I get an
audio signals out of the tuner IC (LA1805 - pins 9,10). However I
can't get beyond that. I thought I could trace the audio signal around
the circuit board to find the defect. I don't get very far. Does
anyone know where I can get a schematic of the amplifier circuit
board? The number on it is 1AD4B10A88271 and it has CMKS-81X
underneath that number. I didn't find anything on the sanyo site.
Also, I'm trying to find the datasheet for a mitsubishi M51166P IC.
Again, mitsubishi and the new renesas sites didn't have anything. Any
