Subject says all. The above three part numbers would be the sample SPICE
model.
Yes I know, it is an old part but it is RAD hard.

Pspice has this already (at least in 9.2 and above). Just look for
SG1825 the old Silicon General (?), now Linfinity, part number. AFAIR
most PWM parts are SG not UC.
