Hello, I am new to this group, but would like to ask your help...
I am looking for a replacement tuner for a 1988 mitsubishi vs582r rear
projection tv. any help would be appreciated...thanks

The Mitsubishi part number for the tuner in this set is:
295P056020
There was a bulletin issued for this tuner some years ago dealing with
interior circuit board interconnections having cracked solder. Bulletin
number VS-27.
Believe it or not this item is still available and in stock at Mitsubishi
for a whopping $138 retail.
We resolder the internals in this tuner and it usually fixes it.
