Need info for ICs: UAA1031, HEF4528BP and HEF4538BP

Hi,

I'm trying to fix a laservision ROM player from the mid-80's - I've
isolated the problem down to a single board. I've checked for obvious
stuff like shorted caps / blown diodes on the board - however I'd like to
get at least the pin-outs of the 3 ICs on the board to do some testing
there:

UAA1031 (20 pin DIP)
HEF4528BP (16 pin DIP)
HEF4538BP (16 pin DIP)

Any info on them would be appreciated I tried searching web /
newsgroups but there seems to be very little info out there... :-(
