I have a PC920 Canon Copier that i bought parts for. Ordered 1 roller
feeder and 4 pads (rollers) for the pick-up roller. I see how to
install the roller feeder but cant seem to find a way to take out the
old 4 pick-up rollers pads. I called canon for support and they claim
that i have to get it serviced and didnt want to give me info on this
issue. Does anyone have info on this canon pc920? I also looked on
canon website but found no info.
Thanks in advance.

We went through the same thing with a Canon copier. We ended up taking over
to Canon and letting them do it. They refuse to give out any information.
From our experience, they don't even sell the parts to non-authorized
servicers. Considering the cost of a new copier, their service is not very
expensive.

Yea - i had to lie and say i want to fix my own in order to order the
parts from them. But I managed to replace the rollers on the unit
today. It was quite simple once i fooled around with the unit.
Thanks anyways.
