need help with transmitting/recieving two addtional frequenc

I have a tansmittier and reciever working on 434Mhz using a number of
filters and ptc 2260 and 70 encoders. Looking for help understanding how
cmos encoder functions and if anyone would be interested in helping me
out, if they worked with any before?
