Need help troubleshooting my Mitsubishi cs21rx1c TV

I got the following TV: Mitsubishi cs21rx1c.

The problem is when I hit the channel up or down button it just goes
bwtween channels: 097, 094, 097, 094. That's it. Just those two
channels.

Yet my volume works. Everything seems to work except the channel.

I just need my TV on channel 03, so I can connect it up to my cable
box. Is there a way of injecting like 5V on a node to make the
channels change?

I took my tv apart, and cleaned it. I looked for cold spots and
didn't find anything.

Any help please.

Thanks.

Are you saying that those are the only two channels programmed in the tv set
memory?
You likely just need to run the program sequence with the remote control
that came with the tv set.

No remote available.
I also removed the TV from the power for some time, and then
reconnected it.

Still the same thing.

Then you need to buy one from Mitz in order to have the channels you need if
the buttons to program the tv are not on the front of the tv set.

You need the original Mitz remote. It cannot be subbed, and there is no
bypass for it.
