I didn't find any such info. I'm merely having a guess based onNo logo on the package, just the markings as listed below.
Where did you find the info about it being a 6A 100V N-channel MOSFET? Any cross number I could use?
Basically it came out of a power supply for driving a vaccum florescent display board, the display is not
lighting up and I am thinking that this MOSFET is part of the 'dimming' circuit - no schematic is available
for it unfortunalty.

The "274 414" looks like a house number. I'm only guessing, but could
this be a 6A 100V N-channel MOSFET?
Can you recognise any logo?
