Need help to identify transistor

the only markings on it are:

N006-10
H
274 414

some sort of regulator or power transistor, any help is appreciated.
 
what kind of package is it in?

sorry, it's in a TO220 package - possibly a mosfet?

any cross reference I cna use?

Where did you find the info about it being a 6A 100V N-channel MOSFET? Any cross number I could use?
I didn't find any such info. I'm merely having a guess based on
similarities to various part numbering schemes such as those by ST
Microelectronics.

Basically it came out of a power supply for driving a vaccum florescent display board, the display is not
lighting up and I am thinking that this MOSFET is part of the 'dimming' circuit - no schematic is available
for it unfortunalty.

The "274 414" looks like a house number. I'm only guessing, but could
this be a 6A 100V N-channel MOSFET?

Can you recognise any logo?
