need help on Panasonic NV-sd200

Hi,

I need help on Panasonic NV-sd200. When loading tape, it stays in for around
2 seconds then been rejected. Pls enlight what sort of problem it may be.

Does it do it with every tape ?

When was the last time it worked ok?

What happened between it working and not working?

Do any error codes appear on the display?

What - if anything - have you done to it so far?

Could be the little plastic coupling has split on the shaft
of the loading motor.
