Need help locating Bourns ECW1D encoder

I've been looking for Bourns part number ECW1D-C28-BC0024 with absoultely
no luck. Here's the link on the Bourns page:

With the shorter (19mm instead of 22.2 mm) plain (instead of flat)
0.25" shaft, they are OTS from Digikey, for < $5/each. P/N:
ECW1D-B24-BC0024

Here's our one with a different footprint, but available OTS with a
20mm or 25mm 6mm diameter shaft:
