On older stud mount silicon power diodes.

Looks like a rectngular "S" except there are two horizontal bars in the
middle instead of just one.

Looks like a rectngular "S" except there are two horizontal bars in the

Signetics has a rectangular S but no bars. It helps to post a photo.
