The two black 3-lead devices are most likely transistors, but there
are diodes and zeners (ususally duals) available in that same poackage.
Look for a code on the package; that may be of some help.
The small grey block and larger one by them are ceramic capacitors;
value of small one could be from 0.5pF to 0.01uF and the larger one
could range from around 100pF to 0.47uF.
The red glass devices are (probably 1 amp) diodes.
I see numerous conductive traces and thick film resistors under the
green soldermask.
Around (near) the round hole, i see what looks like four jumpers
that were ball bonded on one end and soldered on the other end to
conductive pads. THis inconsistent treatment of attachment is rather
puzzling. Also i note that one of them does *not* jumper a trace. All of
that makes them a but puzzling, to say the least.
Related to them, ther are two more "jumpers" that go to copper
"heatsink" squares that have a rather suspicious "kink" in them.
Then there is a fair amount of tinned area that look like something
was removed from their surface.
Lastly, there are those flat-wire "jumpers" that complicate things
more.

Perhaps you could: 1) start from scratch, 2) get a replacement from
the regulator maker, or 3) forget it.
