Need a temp, p/time XILINX Guru; must be local, in San Jose

Hi,

We are looking for a Xilinx Guru, for a temp project, in San Jose.
Estimated start date would be in 2nd/3rd week of Oct. If things work
out, it could go f/t permanent. Comp would be nominal cash, with
equity bonus payouts on timely completion of key milestones. Alternate
+ practical payment structures can also be evaluated.

The candidate must be super qualified with extensive background in
high performance systems that must have included DDR implementations,
resulting in superb demonstrable competence in related areas. Other
characteristics of a superb and senior level person would include
numerous, successfully shipped products that he/she architected,
implemented, validated and shipped. Xilinx FPGA platforms would have
included Virtex II and Virtex II Pro platforms. Candidate must have
own ISE 6.1 environment at minimum.

This candidate also needs a top-notch educational background, with
work experience acquired in tier-1 firms. References would be needed.

Nice to have capabilites include algorithm development, scripting
(TCL/TCK, PERL, etc.) or Java programming.
