NEC vcr model VNG-29.
VCR may appear dead with no display when cold.

After warming, with a tape playing, the sound may be
from the tape, but the picture is from the tuner.

Caps in p/s
CP19 (1000uF 10v)
cp25 (100uF 10v)
cp21 (47uF 50v)
