I am trying to find a chip D75004CU158 Mfg NEC. What I keep on finding is
D75004CU159 or D75004CU151 are these really just the same chip. Any help
would be really nice Thank you so much.

Those are mask programmed 4-bit microcontrollers, search for uPD75004.

These are general purpose 4-bit single-chip microcontrollers with 512
byte on-chip RAM and 4kB on-chip ROM. The suffix (151, 158 or 159)
describes the customer specific ROM content. That means these devices
are the same chip, but the code inside the on-chip ROM is different.
Therefore generally speaking, the devices are most likely not
compatible.
